Amanda Goddard
I apply a multidisciplinary lens to solving complex challenges, leveraging 20 years’ experience across business strategy, innovation, accounting, business development, marketing, and management consulting.
Prior to founding Define & Refine Business Consulting, I honed my skills during more than 15 years at global professional services firm KPMG across senior roles in consulting, business development and external audit. I have operated as the head of Strategy & Development at a technology startup and also a Board Director for a not-for-profit company supporting startups.
With a proven track record of designing and driving growth strategies, building networks and partnerships, and coaching individuals and teams to high performance, I’m driven by a passion for creating meaningful impact, uncovering strategic insights, and empowering others.
